Over the past several months, a Steering Committee has been formed to guide the ENVISION 2035 planning process. The Steering Committee consists of 17 invested community members. The Steering Committee met for the first time for an introduction to the project and to begin analysis of Leo-Cedarville.
Additionally, a project logo and project website were created to give a sense of identity to the comprehensive plan and provide a home for all things ENVISION 2035. Stay up to date at www.lc-envision.com.
Opportunities are quickly coming for you to get involved, including participation in Stakeholder Interviews. These interviews are planned for late July and will consist of a 2-hour meeting to discuss the following topics:
- Character, Identity, + Livability
- Land Use, Growth, + Economic Development
- Downtown
- Transportation Systems + Public Services
- Parks, Trails, + Natural Systems
