The Town of Leo-Cedarville has issued a request for qualifications for consultants to update the Town’s comprehensive plan. The goal is for the consultant and town leaders to coordinate opportunities for public engagement, identify and meet with stakeholders, develop a shared vision for future growth and create a user-friendly document with an achievable implementation plan. The community’s last comprehensive plan, called Envision, was adopted in 2013 and is need of updating because many projects have been completed and it's time to evaluate what comes next.
In addition to consultants, we will also be looking for volunteers to participate in the process and will post more about that as we proceed. The RFQ can be found at this link:
